HOW TO BOOK

The phone lines are open between 10am and 6.30pm Monday to Saturday. Tickets can be paid for by credit or debit card, or they can be reserved for up to three days while you send a cheque.

For an additional charge of 50p to cover the cost of postage your tickets will be sent to you.  This is only available to UK residents.  Otherwise your tickets will be held for you at the box office for collection prior to the performance.

During busy times, you may hear a recorded message. Please leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as we can.

Online
When you book your tickets on line there is no booking fee.

In Person
The Box Office is open 10am to 7pm (closed Sundays),and 10am to 6pm on non-performance days and the last Saturday of a run.

Gift Vouchers
Watermill vouchers can be purchased from the box office and used to buy tickets, meals, drinks or merchandise. We regret that gift vouchers can not be used when booking online. Please call the box office on 01635 46044 to book your tickets or make a restaurant reservation.

Agents
Tickets can be bought from the Tourist Information Centre, The Wharf, Newbury. There are no booking fees.

Exchanging Your Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable. However, we will be happy to exchange tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the performance. We charge £2.50 per ticket to exchange tickets. Alternatively we will try to resell your tickets (after any unsold tickets have gone) for which there is also a charge of £2.50 per ticket.

Wednesday & Thursday
£12.50, £17.50 and £19.50

Friday & Saturday
£14, £20 and £24 (no discounts apply on Saturday except for disabled concessions)

First Week Special
On the first Thursday and Friday of our long running shows, all seats are £13 (no other discounts apply)

DATA PROTECTION

When processing your booking, our Box Office staff will ask for your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information may be used to keep you informed of forthcoming events and special offers and when undertaking fundraising activities.  If you do not wish your details to be used in any of these ways, please inform the Box Office when booking.  If you book online through the website you will be given the opportunity to opt in to receiving information from us via e-mail.  You may also specify that you do not wish to receive information from other arts organisations.
