ACCESS
90% of The Watermill Theatre premises are accessible to wheelchair users and people with mobility difficulties; the only inaccessible area is upstairs in the auditorium. Reserved disabled parking spaces are available but must be booked in advance.
There is accommodation for two wheelchair users per performance, subject to availability. We also have our own wheelchair on request. There is a reduction of £2.50 off each ticket for both a disabled person and their companion.
Subject to availability there is an infrared Sennheiser hearing assistance system for people with impaired hearing. To ensure you are seated in areas where this is effective, please let us know that you would like to use the system when booking.
Assistance dogs are welcome, but please let us know when you book so that we can allocate appropriate seats for you in the auditorium.
Interpreted Performances
Some performances are British Sign Language interepreted. Look out for the details on the show information pages of the website.
Acclimatisation Visits
If you have not been to the theatre before, we will be happy to arrange for you to come to have a look around to get your bearings when it is not too busy.
In order to help us help you when you visit The Watermill, please tell us about any special needs you, or anyone in your party, may have when you book your seats.
CAR PARKING
If you are a regular visitor to The Watermill, you will be aware that car parking space is limited. Our longer term plans are to secure more space. In the meantime we need to make the best use of the space we have. If you are seeing a show with friends, please consider car sharing.
