Supper Talk CHEF DANIEL GALMICHE

Bar opens at 6.30pm, supper served at 7.30pm and show at 8.30pm.
An exclusive opportunity to meet and talk with Daniel Galmiche, Executive Chef of the Vineyard Restaurant. Daniel will be preparing a special dinner party menu using affordable, seasonal ingredients and will be assisted by three lucky members from the audience. Daniel, who specialises in modern, classic French cuisine with both Mediterranean and far eastern influences, will share his recipes and techniques so you can replicate the meal at home.
Born in the Comte region of France, Daniel writes a monthly column for the Reading Evening Post, participates in many food festivals and regularly appears with James Martin on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen. So why not join him for an evening of culinary magic, foodie anecdotes and the chance to win great raffle prizes such as dinner, bed and breakfast at the Vineyard or the chance to work alongside this up and coming French chef. A memorable and entertaining evening - not to be missed.
