 The Ugly Duckling

By Hans Christian Andersen
Adapted and performed by Lizzie Lewis

Puddle the duck lives on the farm. Every day he tries to ‘fit in’ with his animal friends, but poor Puddle can’t help feeling that he doesn’t quite belong. He can’t understand why all the other animals laugh and point at him. Feeling unloved and lonely, Puddle leaves the security of the farm to find new friends, but where will his trip take him? Can you help Puddle find a home of his very own? This interactive adaptation of Hans Christian Anderson’s timeless fairy tale is especially created for young children and their parents.

Suitable for children aged 2 - 6 years.

The Selfish Giant

By Oscar Wilde
Adapted and performed by Lizzie Lewis

Every day the local children love to stop on their way home and
play in a beautiful deserted garden. But the garden belongs to none other than a giant - who doesn’t like children one bit! And when he comes home, he throws all the children out, which makes the garden so sad that nothing grows there anymore.

Can you help the children to save their garden, and help the Giant to see some sense?

This interactive adaptation of Oscar Wilde’s timeless children’s classic is especially created for young children and their brave parents. Suitable for children aged 2 - 6 years. Please bring a cushion. Chairs are also provided.

The Curse of The Kennet & Avon Kelpie

Written and performed by Emma Bradbury, presented by The Watermill Theatre.

This interactive performance for children aged 2 -5 years is now available to book for nurseries, infant schools, libraries and other settings. All we need is enough floor space, a single electrical socket, and about 20 minutes to set up.
The Kennet and Avon Kelpie is a mythical creature that helps keep the canal clean and free of rubbish, but what has happened to him? Help Nixie and her underwater friends find the Kelpie and save the canal.
