AN
ELECTRIFYING NEW ROCK ‘N’ ROLL MUSICAL TO KICK OFF OUR 2018 SEASON OF SHOWS
Thursday 11 January to Saturday 10 February |
Teddy
is
an award-winning, punchy new musical that follows teenagers Teddy and Josie on a night
out as they race through the dark and damaged world of post-war London: bombed
by the Blitz but ripe and ready for revolution. With electrifying original
songs plus some of the hugest hits from the 1950s performed by the on-stage
live band Johnny Valentine and the Broken Hearts, Teddy is the ultimate story of teenage rebellion and the birth of
a new musical era. Bursting with the energy of a live gig, it will leave you on
a high and jiving all the way home.

The Young Company presents OUR TOWN by Thornton Wilder |
Follow the
lives of a host of vibrant characters as they reach for their everyday dreams
and aspirations, some with success, some with failure.
Emily and George aren’t
extraordinary. They’re your typical kids attending a typical school in a pretty
typical deadbeat town. Their story unfolds just like everybody elses - with
births, deaths, love, regret and all the other ingredients that make up the
rhythm of life. As time goes by, Wilder’s Pulitzer prize-winning masterpiece
sets up a series of events that both question and celebrate the glories of
everyday existence.
