About Cocktail Making Classes with Henley Distillery
Join us for an afternoon of flavour, craft and creativity at our gin-focused cocktail masterclass, presented in collaboration with Henley Distillery.
In this relaxed, hands-on session, you’ll learn to mix and shake three signature rum cocktails, guided by an expert host who’ll share professional techniques, tips and insider know-how along the way. Between sips, discover the artistry behind Henley Distillery’s rum, offering a rare insight into the world of truly handcrafted spirits.
To round off the experience, enjoy a curated nibbles platter — featuring bread, olives and other light bites — ideal for grazing as you mix, sip and explore. The class will showcase Spiced Rum, White Rum and Coffee Rum, all distilled just down the road at Henley Distillery.
