Please check the date and time on your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified. All tickets are non-refundable.
Exchanging Your Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same production, up to 7 days before the advertised start time. An admin fee of £2 per ticket applies. Subject to availability
Reselling Your Tickets
If you are unable to attend your performance we can try and resell your tickets. if successful your Watermill account will be credited. An admin fee of £2 per ticket applies. Please note, we do not automatically update you on the progress of resales, but please call the Box Office if you need an update. Credits are valid for one year.
Upgrading Your Tickets
If you wish to upgrade your tickets, please contact the Box Office.
Terms and conditions of sale
The management reserve the right to make changes to the advertised programme or cast without being obliged to offer a refund or exchange.
Latecomers will be admitted at the first suitable break which may be the interval. To avoid disturbance, you may be seated in seats other than those you have booked.
Tickets will become void if sold on for profit or commercial gain.
The use of a camera or recording equipment is strictly forbidden. Mobile phone and watch alarms are to be switched off at all times in the auditorium.
In exceptional circumstances, the management reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
The management reserve the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.
