Conditions of Sale
Please check the date and time on your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified. All tickets are non-refundable.
Exchanging Your Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable. However, for an admin fee of £2 per ticket, we are happy to exchange tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the performance.
Reselling Your Tickets
We will try to resell your tickets (after all other tickets have been sold) and will credit your Watermill account which will be valid for one year. We charge £2 per transaction. We do not automatically update you on the progress of resales, but please call the box office if you need an update on whether your tickets have sold. Please return your original tickets to the box office. It is the customer's responsibility to return original tickets safely to the box office by return of post.
Upgrading Your Tickets
Within 48 hours of the show, if you wish to upgrade your tickets, you will need to purchase the new ones and offer your old ones for resale. Original tickets will need to be returned to the box office and will only be re-sold after all other tickets have been sold.
