Supporting local families, young people, and adults, to access and experience the joy of theatre. Your donation will make a huge difference to those facing challenging situations - that make it difficult to see, and participate in, live theatre and creative activities.

The Watermill is a theatre for everyone.

We are passionate about ensuring that every person can enjoy and engage with the arts, whatever their background or circumstances. For many in our community, the cost of tickets, our rural location, and number of inclusive participation opportunities (such as for those living with dementia) can make the theatre feel out of reach

This is where you can help.

Your donation will break down barriers, giving local people the chance to access and experience live theatre. Your support will make sure that financial, accessibility or inclusion barriers never stand between someone and the transformative power of the arts.

As a registered charity, we are only able to offer free, or heavily subsidised, outreach activities and accessible artistic programmes - thanks to the support of our funders and donors. To ensure that we reach those most in need, when and how Theatre For All donations are used is at the sole discretion of the Watermill – in accordance with our strategic relationships with local communities and groups facing barriers to access and participation.

Our Theatre For All fundraising target for this year is £7,000 and every donation, whatever the value, will make a difference.

£10 could support a local child to access a workshop
£15 could help maintain our accessibility provision
£40 could contribute to widening our reach to isolated community members
£50 could enable a family in need with tickets to a Watermill production or event
£60 could contribute to the development of dementia-friendly performances
