The phone lines are open between 10am and 6.30pm Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm on non-performance days and 12 noon to 6pm on Bank Holidays. Tickets can be paid for by credit or debit card, or they can be reserved for up to three days while you send a cheque. During busy times, you may hear a recorded message. Please leave your name and number and we will call you back as soon as we can.
For an additional charge of £1.30 (to cover the cost of postage and administration) your tickets will be sent to you. Otherwise you can collect your tickets from the box office. For overseas posting, if the cost of exceeds £1.30 your tickets will be held for you at the box office. Cheques should be made payable to The Watermill Theatre Ltd.
Please note: for sold out shows, call the box office on the day for last minute availability.
When you book online there is no booking fee.
The box office is open 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 6pm on non-performance days and the last Saturday of a run. On Bank Holidays the box office is open from 12 noon to 7pm.
Watermill vouchers can be purchased online or from the box office and used to buy tickets.
Tickets can be bought from the Tourist Information Centre, The Wharf, Newbury. There are no booking fees.
Exchanging Your Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable. However, we will be happy to exchange tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the performance. Alternatively we will try to resell your tickets (after all other tickets have been sold) and will refund you with Watermill gift vouchers. We charge £2.50 per transaction plus £1.30 p&p. Please return your original tickets to the box office.
Friends of The Watermill may exchange, or have their tickets re-sold whenever possible, free of charge (restrictions apply).
